Can the cleod silicone baking moulds be used in the freezer and also in the microwave?
Yes, but not with the microwave crisp function.
What should i do before using the cleod silicone baking mould for the first time?
We recommend that you wash your baking mould carefully in hot water and grease it with butter or oil before the first use, thereafter you should not need to grease the mould again.
What precautions should i take when using the cleod silicone baking moulds?
Simply avoid using sharp objects such as knives etc.
Can i place cleod silicone baking moulds directly onto hot plates?
No!! Do not place cleod silicone baking moulds directly onto any heated surfaces such as stove tops, hot plates or gas burners.
Will the cleod silicone baking moulds be cool to the touch when they come out of the oven / microwave?
No!! Always allow cleod silicone baking moulds approximately 2 - 3 minutes to cool after removing them from the oven / microwave.
How do i remove my baking from cleod silicone baking moulds?
Simply invert the mould and press the baking out.
Are cleod silicone baking moulds dishwasher safe?
Yes, or simply wash in soapy water - there should be no need to use scouring pads.
Can cleod silicone baking moulds be folded?
Yes, fold cleod silicone baking moulds to fit any drawer or cupboard for tidy space saving storage.

L&O Sales began its association with Torres y Ribelles in January 1998 when they were appointed the Official Agent for Torres y Ribelles Olive Oil brands for the African Region and soon helped establish the Company’s star brand BETIS as the Olive Oil of choice to a number of retail outlets, restaurants and Chefs in the South African market. The brand, distributed by L&O is marketed in Extra Virgin Oil, Olive Oil and Extra Light Olive oil. Packaging is in glass, pet or tin.
L&O also distributes the sister Brand ITALICA as Olive-Pomace Oil packaged also in glass, pet or tin.

Extra virgin olive oil:
• From the first pressing of the olives
• Free acidity ˜ 0.8gr/100gr
• If you see an extra virgin oil that’s very cheap proceed with caution..
Virgin olive oil:
• Free acidity ˜ 2gr/100gr
Ordinary virgin olive oil:
• Free acidity ˜ 3,3gr/100gr
Refined olive oil: (Refining methods applied)
• Oil obtained from virgin olive oils by refining methods
• Free acidity ˜ 0.3gr/100gr
Olive oil: (Blend)
• Blend of refined olive oil and virgin olive oils
• Free acidity ˜ 2gr/100gr
Olive-pomace oil: (Treated oil)
• Olive pomace treated with solvents or other physical treatments
• several variants exist;
a) Crude olive-pomace oil
b) Refined olive pomace oil
c) Olive pomace oil: (May not be labeled as ‘Olive oil’)
